Build the sangria pitcher
  1. Combine watermelon juice, rosé wine, vodka, triple sec, and honey in a large pitcher and stir to combine.
  2. Add remaining watermelon cubes, lime slices, and lemon slices to the pitcher.
Chill and serve

  2. Right before serving, top with sparkling water, stir gently, and pour into ice-filled glasses garnished with fresh mint.

Notes

Pro tip: strain the blended watermelon so the base is smoother, then add the sparkling water only right before serving to keep it lively. Store covered in the refrigerator up to 2 days; add sparkling water just before serving each time. Freezing isn’t recommended for this drink. For a lower-sugar option, replace honey/simple syrup with a sugar-free simple syrup and keep everything else the same.
